Globals save money, Internationals develop talent, and Transnationals make money. CedarCrestone and Jeitosa collaborated to analyze the HR technology
adoption levels and the value achieved by different types of global organization models. In this session, the presenters will share their findings and best practice recommendations based
on an analysis of the CedarCrestone 2009 survey data of ~200 global organizations. Critical findings demonstrate that an HR-oriented help desk, competency management and learning/development
applications, and business intelligence technologies are the greatest drivers of business value. One axiom Lexy and Karen recommend to all global organizations is "to be as global as possible,
as local as necessary."
