Hi Janet,I have been following your Ramblings’ very celsoly and it has been giving me a good insight into the upgrade processes. I am in an upgrade project and feels good to compare the best processes.Typical to 9.1 upgrade, am also stuck with setting up the AWE and Delegation framework. It would be very much useful if you can share any case study or ppt to configure 1 working model for the AWE and Delegation.Thanks in Advance.RegardsSenthil Kumar

Good thoughts – the PQR will happen, so why not fully invest, increasing the chances that the investment will pay off? I also like the emphases on sharing good news and bragging on contributions – two things that aren’t done often enough.
