| Compensation Plans
CedarCrestone’s policy is to pay consultants well in order to attract the best talent
in the industry. We believe our success is a result of our consultant’s efforts, and they should be
compensated appropriately. CedarCrestone’s total compensation package includes base compensation,
benefits, and a generous deferred compensation package.
We offer four flexible compensation plans: Salaried, Hourly, and two Base plus Hourly
options. For any of the plans which have a base salary, we also offer paid time off and holiday pay
based on years of service. We offer these flexible plans so that you can choose one which matches
best with your lifestyle. |
