We are seeking a Functional PeopleSoft Financial Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management Lead. CedarCrestone seeks a
Lead consultant to provide high quality product consultancy to clients to help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft
software. This position requires 100% travel with work done on-site at CedarCrestone client locations with a typical week of 4–10s.
General Duties/Tasks:
- Provides PeopleSoft functional consulting services to clients
- Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers. Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize CedarCrestone's implementation methodology
Required PeopleSoft Skills:
- Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead
- Minimum of four years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience
- PeopleSoft version 8.9 or higher experience required
Leadership Skills:
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
Consulting Skills:
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, CedarCrestone Account Executives and CedarCrestone Management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with customers
- Displays effective analytical skills
