Global Functional Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking PeopleSoft HCM Global HR/Payroll Functional Consultants to provide high quality product consultancy to
clients to help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. This position requires 100% travel with work done on-site at
CedarCrestone client locations with a typical week of four 10-hour days.
General Duties/Tasks:
- Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services on global implementations
- Complete tasks efficiently and timely, reporting progress to Project and Engagement Managers
- Seek ways to improve the process of delivering solutions
- Share knowledge capital to optimize implementation methodology
Required PeopleSoft Skills:
- Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or higher (9.0 preferred)
- Extensive experience on global PeopleSoft implementations
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Ability to work on all project phases
- Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting in a global environment
- Solid understanding of integration of all modules
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft processing requirements
- Expert knowledge in HCM modules
- Proven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge
Required Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
Required Consulting Skills:
- Clear and effective communication
- Consistently produce clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills

provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. This position requires 100% travel with
projects executed on-site at CedarCrestone client locations nationwide with a typical week of four 10-hour days.

- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
Required Consulting Skills:
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
