Management Consulting Services – IT Assessment

Conceptual Model
CedarCrestone’s model is based upon a holistic approach to assessing the effectiveness of an IT organization. We examine the organization from a number of perspectives including the following: business processes, learning and innovation, constituency satisfaction and performance outcomes.

Process
CedarCrestone conducts a series of interviews with key individuals both internal and external to the IT organization. We also review key documents such as any strategic and operational plans, budgets, organizational structure and policies and procedures. Based upon our experience and the information collected, we identify the strengths and areas in need of improvement that may include one or more of the following outcomes: a staffing profile, organizational structure, key process improvements and professional development program.

Deliverables
CedarCrestone develops a narrative report in which we present recommendations based upon those factors that are most critical to the effectiveness of the IT organization. We review the report with appropriate decision makers and make modifications as deemed appropriate.

Sample Clients
