PROPEL METHODOLOGY |
|
CedarCrestone's Propel Methodology is a structured—yet flexible—approach to enable complete project success. The CedarCrestone Propel Methodology phases are outlined below.
Unique to CedarCrestone, the Plan & Preview phase allows CedarCrestone to gather the information required to understand your business, application, and technology needs. The Plan & Preview phase lays the foundation for a successful project by outlining project standards, strategies, and plans, in addition to defining and fine-tuning the project scope, timeline, and resource requirements. Phase 2 – Analyze and Design The Analyze & Design phase includes infrastructure preparation, the installation of applications, and Interactive Design and Prototyping (IDP). These activities are essential for a successful implementation. CedarCrestone assesses the existing infrastructure and security to make sure the environment is tuned and optimized to create superior performance, reliability, and security. Additionally, customizations, reports, interfaces, and conversion programs are designed and functional specifications are documented. Phase 3 – Configure and Develop The Configure & Develop phase addresses the functional and technical aspects of the implementation, including processes, procedures, customizations, interfaces, reports, and conversion. During this phase, the modules are configured and validated to make certain your requirements are met. Phase 4 – Test and Train During the Test & Train phase, the project team validates the system is operating as expected and trains the users. This effort enables the system and users are prepared to go live. Phase 5 – Deploy and Optimize The Deploy & Optimize phase marks the delivery of the system to the users through go live. In addition, we provide support as requested by the client. PROPEL METHODOLOGY FOR WORKDAY
